Affordable Care Act

Why are we offering this information about the ACA?

  • Many of our clients have been poorly informed about the Tax and Healthcare implications of the ACA
  • The states have been provided with limited financial resources to “get the word out”
  • For the first time the Tax Code and Healthcare Have Been Integrated
  • The Law is Complicated (2,700 pages) and Confusing
  • Since filing the 2014 tax return, taxpayers will have to not only get their W-2, but also have to bring a Form 1095-A, B, and/or C.  All form 1095's will be required to file your 2016 return.
