Why are we offering this information about the ACA?

  • The Law is Complicated (2,700 pages) and Confusing
  • Since filing the 2014 tax return, taxpayers will have to not only get their W-2, but also have to bring a Form 1095-A, B, and/or C.  All form 1095's will be required to file your 2016 return.
